About the Role

We're seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused Club Attendants to join one of our unique and agile venues. This hands-on role offers variety, where no two days are the same, supporting smooth operations and delivering outstanding guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

n

Providing friendly, professional service across gaming, bar, bistro, and floor areas
n
Assisting with day-to-day venue operations and maintaining presentation standards
n
Engaging with members and guests to create a positive experience
n
Handling enquiries and resolving issues with a customer-first approach
n




Supporting team members and contributing to a collaborative environment
n
Ensuring compliance with RSA, RCG, and venue procedures
n
Own car and reliable transport required due to limited public transport access after hours
n

About You

Must have previous experience in hospitality, gaming, or customer service
n
Robust communication and interpersonal skills
n
Positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn
n
Reliable and adaptable in a quick-paced environment
n
Well-presented with a professional approach
n
A valid RSA & RCG (or willing to obtain)
n
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
