The Role

Managing a portfolio of approximately 800 townhouse lots
n
Building robust relationships with committees, owners and contractors
n
Coordinating maintenance, repairs and contractor works
n
Preparing for and attending committee meetings and AGMs
n
Providing advice and support to owners and committees
n
Managing budgets, insurance matters and compliance requirements
n
Ensuring a high level of customer service is delivered at all times
n

About You

Previous experience managing an Owners Corporation portfolio
n
A solid understanding of the Owners Corporations Act and associated legislation
n
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
n
Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
A proactive and solutions-focused approach
n
The ability to manage competing priorities while delivering exceptional customer service
n
