Job Description

Encircle Community Services is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to join our team in a full time, 12-month fixed-term contract. Based in Kallangur, QLD, you will support onboarding, compliance, reporting and records management for employees and volunteers across multiple Encircle sites.

You will work with managers to deliver high-quality HR services, ensuring confidentiality and accurate data while contributing to continuous improvement and policy updates.
