About the Role
n
Working closely with the Administration Manager and Clinical Leads, you will take a hands-on leadership approach to:
n
n
Coach, mentor and develop team members to reach their full potential
n
Oversee and actively support the day-to-day operations of reception and clinic workflow
n
Lead billing, banking and Medicare processes with accuracy
n
Communicate and implement business updates and lead process improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and operational efficiency
n
Support the coordination of workforce planning, rostering and leave management
n




Manage escalations and resolve complex enquiries with professionalism and empathy
n
n
About You
n
As an experienced and confident imaging Administration leader who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, you will bring:
n
n
Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and drive the performance of a team
n
Strong understanding of patient workflows, administrative processes and Medicare billing
n
Knowledge of PET scheduling and booking workflows (desirable)
n
Excellent communication skills and the confidence to engage with a variety of stakeholders
n
Exceptional organisational skills and the ability to prioritise under pressure
n
Sound judgement and problem-solving capability
n
A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement
