We are currently seeking an AI & Automation Engineer to build AI Assistants & Agentic Workflows and to Automate Engineering & Network Workflows.
n
Skills and experience:
n
n
Experience in Software-network engineering, automation or AI/ML roles
n
Experience building, debugging & scaling automation workflows, scripts or infrastructure-as-code pipelines
n
Experience with AI/ML or Generative AI technologies
n
Robust programming skills for automation and experience in Software-Network Delivery lifecycle.




n
Experience in Automation & Orchestration - experience with Ansible - writing, structuring & scaling playbooks-roles and Python for network-process automation.
n
Experience in Generative AI: LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG & AI assistant lifecycle management
n
Experience CI/CD & DevOps Practices: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, ArgoCD & version control.
n
Experience in Cloud & Infrastructure: Cloud platforms & containerised applications - Red Hat OpenShift
n
Experience in Data: Data handling, processing, and transformation.
n
Experience in telecom, networking, or large-scale enterprise environments.
n
Experience in workflow tools such as Jira, Confluence or SharePoint.
n
Experience in FTTx Access Network: GPON/XGSPON (OLT, ONT), Intent-Based or Networking.
n
FTTx EMS Applications: Containerised (AAC), Virtualised (ACS, AMS).
