This opportunity is ideal for an experienced Level 3 Systems Engineer looking to lead the delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects from design through implementation. The role combines hands-on project delivery with client-facing responsibilities, while serving as the highest point of technical escalation within the Professional Services team.

Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead end to end infrastructure and cloud projects.
n
Design, implement and document enterprise solutions.
n
Deliver Microsoft and virtualization projects.
n
Provide Level 3 technical escalation support when required.
n
Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge.
n
Work directly with clients throughout project delivery.
n
Produce clear technical documentation and handovers.
n




Attend client sites across Sydney when required.

Skills/Must Have:

5+ years' MSP experience.
n
Strong Level 3 Infrastructure Engineering background.

Experience delivering projects independently.
n
Excellent troubleshooting and documentation skills.
n
Confident communicating with customers.
n
Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
n
Current Australian Driver's License.
