Coles Group is seeking an experienced Managing Legal Counsel to join the Corporate Advisory Legal Team in Australia. You will provide commercially focused legal advice, partner with a range of business stakeholders, and lead a small team of junior lawyers on complex M&A; transactions and capital initiatives.

The role requires 8–10 years PQE with both private practice and/or in-house experience at a large corporate employer. Hybrid and versatile working options are available.
