Provide operational and educational leadership across a large, high-occupancy service
n
Ensure full compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and regulatory requirements
n
Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team of educators and leaders
n
Drive continuous improvement to maintain and strengthen our Exceeding rating
n
Build strong relationships with families, staff and external stakeholders
n
Support a positive, professional and values-driven workplace culture
n
Oversee staffing, rosters, compliance systems and daily centre operations
n
Proven experience as a Nominated Supervisor in a medium to large early childhood centre
n
Minimum Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or higher)
n
Current Working With Children Check
n
Strong knowledge of:n

Demonstrated leadership, staff management and performance development experience
