Aged Care Rostering Assistant and Recruitment Consultant

We're looking for an organized, reliable and people-focusedRostering and Recruitment consultant to join our team and support our Aged Care and Home Care services.
n
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety — you'll be involved in everything from welcoming current care workers into the business, to supporting the rostering team, to helping keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly.
n
You'll be based in ourbeautiful Martin Place CBD office, just a short walk frompublic transport, cafes and the heart of the city.
n
What you'll be doing
n
n
Working in the Rostering team to coordinate shifts and manage changes
n
Assisting withcare worker
Recruitment(screening,
onboarding and compliance)
n
Speaking with care workers about availability, updates and support
n
Jumping in to help the team when things get busy
n




Supporting the day-to-day running of the office with invoice administration
n
n
About you
n
n
Previous experience in administration, recruitment or rostering
n
Aged Care or Home Care experience is a strong advantage
n
Ability to think outside the box
n
Friendly, approachable and confident when communicating with people
n
Organized with good attention to detail
n
Able to manage a busy workload and adapt when priorities shift
n
Comfortable using systems and picking up new processes
n
Supportive, down-to-earth team environment
n
Meaningful work supporting care for older Australians
n
