We are seeking a
Qualified Fitter/Mechanic
to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of vehicles while delivering high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service alongside working in a team setting carrying out 10 year major inspections on plant and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and plant inspections, including 10 year major inspections/re-builds.
Diagnose and repair mechanical faults.
Complete job cards and maintenance records accurately.
Ensure all work is completed safely and in accordance with industry standards.
Maintain a clean and organised work area.
Requirements




Qualified Automotive Mechanic certification or equivalent trade qualification or experience.
Proven experience in vehicle servicing, repair and/or hydraulic repairs.
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Full driver's licence.
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Forklift Licence is advantageous.
