We're looking for a talented commercial professional to join our IBA team as a Key Account Manager for the SA WA NT region
n
Working closely with customers and cross-functional teams, you'll bring together commercial thinking, customer understanding and strong execution to deliver results for both Lion and our customers.

About the role
n
As Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing key relationships within the IBA customer group and delivering customer plans that unlock growth prospects across our portfolio.

Key responsibilities
n

Lead customer partnerships and commercial conversations across your account portfolio.
n
Develop and execute joint business plans that deliver sustainable growth for Lion and our customers.
n
Identify opportunities through customer, category and market insights to drive performance.
n
Manage promotional planning, forecasting and financial outcomes for your accounts.
n
Collaborate with Category, Supply Chain,
Finance and Field Sales teams to deliver exceptional execution.
n
Build strong internal and external relationships while championing Lion's values and culture.
n

What you'll bring

Experience in a Sales, Category, Commercial or Customer-facing role.
n
Solid commercial acumen and an ability to translate insights into action.
n
Proven relationship-building and stakeholder management capability.
n
Excellent planning, negotiation and communication skills.

A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and delivering results.

The ability to thrive in a rapid-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
