The role is responsible for managing, organizing, and maintaining all project documentation to ensure accuracy, traceability, and timely distribution using CNEX or other approved document control systems.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage, organize, and control all project documentation, including technical documents, drawings, correspondence, reports, and records.
n
Register, track, update, and distribute documents through CNEX or other approved document control platforms.
n
Ensure proper document version control and compliance with project procedures.
n
Prepare periodic document status reports, including but not limited to:n n
RFIs (Requests for Information)
n
Other document-related reports
n
n
Attend project meetings (onsite or online) to:n
n
Record discussions and decisions
n
Track action items
n
Draft Minutes of Meeting (MoM) accurately and professionally in English
n
n
Coordinate with project teams to ensure smooth document flow and timely communication.
n
Perform other document control–related tasks as assigned by the Project Management team.
n
n
REQUIREMENTS:
n
n
Previous experience as a Document Controller in construction, infrastructure, energy, or international projects is an advantage.
n
Excellent written English, particularly for drafting Minutes of Meeting and formal project correspondence.
n
Microsoft Office tools
n
Solid organizational skills and high attention to detail.
n
Ability to manage multiple documents and priorities efficiently.
n
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
n
Ability to work independently at a project site.
