About the Chance

Role Responsibilities
n
Provide full beauty therapy services, including:
n
Full body waxing for men and women, specialising in Brazilian waxes
n
Lash lifts
n
Brow lamination, shaping, and makeovers
n
Tinting, dye, and henna tinting
n
Threading
n
Future potential Wellness services such as LED treatments, Skin needling and skin lightening-
n
Roster Information
n
Fixed full time roster. (This is not a part time role)
n
On Rostered days evening are required permanently.
n
Rotating Saturday and Sunday shifts.
n
Ideal Candidate
n
Proven experience in a salon or spa setting.
n
Excellent organisational skills.
n
Passionate and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
n
Diploma in Beauty Therapy (required).
n
Responsibilities
n
Perform day-to-day salon operations and services.
n
Ensure high-quality services delivery.
n
Maintain health and safety standards in the salon.
n
Supervise and motivate salon staff to deliver exceptional service.
n
Oversee daily operations, including appointment management and workflow.
n
Drive retail and service sales, meeting and exceeding targets.
n
Ensure high standards of client care and address customer concerns.
n
Manage inventory, stock orders, and maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
n
