As our Maintenance Co-ordinator, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and presentation of our facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable workplace while meeting all legislative and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
n

Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and facility upkeep.
n
Coordinate and supervise external contractors and service providers.
n
Manage workplace health and safety (WHS) requirements and risk management.
n
Ensure compliance with fire safety, building maintenance, and relevant regulations.
n
Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
n
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and prioritise urgent repairs.
n
Assist in maintaining the grounds and ensuring the facility is presented to a high standard.
n

About You
n
You are a reliable, organised,
and hands-on maintenance qualified who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team. You take pride in maintaining safe, functional, and welcoming environments and have a genuine commitment to supporting older Australians.
n
Ideally, you will have:
n
n
Previous experience in building or facilities maintenance.
n
Strong problem-solving and practical repair skills.
n
Knowledge of WHS requirements and maintenance compliance.
n
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
n
The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
n
Experience in aged care, healthcare, or a similar environment (desirable but not essential).
n
