Pay Rates: Day Shift: $31.90/hr | Afternoon Shift: $35.78/hr

About the Role

n

Join a well-established manufacturer supplying high-quality plant health products to the agricultural industry, including fertilisers, soil conditioners, and biostimulants. We're seeking Production Operators to join the team in permanent positions. This hands-on role combines machine operation, batching, forklift operation, quality checks, and general production duties within a rapid-paced manufacturing workplace. About You & Responsibilities

n

n
Perform regular manual handling of up to 25kg throughout the shift
n
Current Forklift Licence highly regarded (required for day shift; training available for the right afternoon shift candidate)
n
Operate production machinery and assist with machine troubleshooting
n




Batch and weigh raw materials to production specifications
n
Bag finished products and prepare pallets for dispatch
n
Complete quality checks and production documentation accurately
n
Operate counterbalance forklifts to move raw materials and finished stock (essential for day shift, highly regarded for afternoon shift)
n
Assist with general warehouse and production duties
n
Maintain high standards of workplace safety, housekeeping and quality
n
Previous experience within chemical, industrial or heavy manufacturing environments preferred
n
Comfortable working in a dusty powder-based manufacturing environment while wearing required PPE
n
Reliable, safety-focused and committed to producing quality work
