Reporting directly tothe CFO, you will play a pivotal role in delivering accurate, timely andinsightful financial management across the business. Key Responsibilities

Manage generalledger activities including month end journals.
n
Prepare accurate and timely monthly management accounts, including detailed P&Lanalysis;, balance sheet reconciliations and commentary on business performance.
n
Prepare cashflow forecasting and support budgeting processes.
n
Partner with operational and senior leadership teams to deliver financial
insights,performance
reporting, and commercial support.
n
Analyse financial and operational performance, identifying trends, risks, opportunitiesand areas for cost optimisation.
n
Oversee AccountsPayable and Accounts Receivable functions.
n
Drive continuous improvements in financial processes,
controls and systems.
n
Manage taxcompliance obligations including BAS, GST and payroll tax requirements.
n

About You
n
n
CPA or CA qualifiedwith a relevant tertiary degree.
n
Provenexperience in a hands-on Financial Accountant or Senior Financial Accountantrole, or public practice background.
n
Solid analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to interpret andpresent financial data.
n
Strong attention to detail and a hands-on approach to day-to-day financial tasks.
n
A collaborativeand professional approach, with the ability to contribute to a positive teamculture while maintaining accountability for outcomes.
n
Experience withERP systems (preferably NetSuite) and strong excel capability.
n
Systems andprocess optimisation experience.
n
Confidentcommunicator
with the ability to engage across all levels of the business.
