Job Description
UGL Transport is seeking a Pre-Contracts Commercial Manager to lead commercial deliverables for tenders and expressions of interest. Based in Brisbane (or Sydney/Melbourne as alternative), you will drive risk assessments, negotiate terms, and align submissions with policy while partnering with legal and senior management.

QS/Law/Construction
Management/Business,
and solid negotiation and stakeholder influence to win profitable
