Job Description
Barker College is seeking a proactive and highly organised Health Centre Administration Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our busy Health Centre. This diverse and rewarding role combines administration, wellbeing program coordination, student health support and customer service.

ABOUT THE ROLE
n
Reporting into the Director of Health & Wellbeing and Health Centre team, you will coordinate student medical information, support camps and excursions, manage vaccination programs, assist with wellbeing initiatives, and provide a warm and welcoming first point of contact for students, staff and families.
n
Key responsibilities include
n
n
Reception & Administration: Manage and generate confidential medical information for excursions, camps and tours, ensuring accurate and timely provision of student health information while adhering to privacy and confidentiality requirements.
n
Assist the Director of Health & Wellbeing with the planning and delivery of student wellbeing initiatives and events.
n
Support Health Centre accounts management, including invoice processing, credit card reconciliation, staff timesheets and budget tracking.
n
Communicate effectively with students, staff, parents and external stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
n
