Requirements
n
n
Proven site foreman experience — 5+ years of on tools experience in construction, civil, or plumbing environments
n
Manage daily site operations and coordinate trades.
n
Ensure works are completed safely, on time.
n
Monitor quality, productivity and site compliance.
n
Coordinate materials, plant and subcontractors.
n
Assist with defect rectification.
n
Ability to read and interpret plans and ensure works are delivered to specification
n
Experience with site laser levels to setup and mark out relevant works
n
Experience managing basic WHS compliance and maintaining a safe work environment
n
Reasonable admin and reporting capability — daily logs, site reports, toolbox talks
n
Construction White Card required
n
Driver's license required
n
Provide own general
carpentry/construction
tools i.e. drills, hand tools, hammer drill, circular saw etc
n
n
Experience: Preferred completed carpentry apprenticeship
n

Check workers PPE and qualifications

Daily pre-starts

Reporting
