TheFederalCircuitandFamilyCourtofAustralia(Division2)(Court)isthebiggestandbusiestcourtinthefederaljudicialsystem,havingbroadjurisdictionacrossareasincludingfamilylaw,migration,bankruptcy,fairwork,administrativelaw,intellectualpropertyandconsumerlaw.Sittinginallcapitalcities,theCourtcomprises91judges,hundredsoflegal,socialscienceandrelatedsupportstaff,andhasthelargestproportionofmigrationfilingsinthefederaljurisdiction.

TheCourtiseagertoengageexperiencedmigrationlawyerswhoarecommittedtodeliveringincreasedaccesstojusticethroughensuringthetimelyflowofmigrationcasesthroughtheCourt.
