Job Description
Perform carpentry tasks for
residential/commercial
construction and renovations, including framing, finishing, installation, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities
n

Read/interprete plans and specs.
n
Measure, cut, assemble, and install timber, trim, doors, windows, cabinets, and flooring.
n
Build frames, roofs, and temporary structures.
n
Finish trim, cabinetry, and apply finishes.
n
Repair/replace damaged structures and fixtures.
n
Use and maintain hand/power tools; follow safety procedures.
n
Coordinate with team, estimate materials, and report progress.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
Proficient with tools and plans; physically fit.
n
Valid driver's license; OSHA or trade certifications a plus.
n
n
Working Conditions
n
n
In office work, variable weather, occasional overtime; PPE required.
n
