Griffith McDonald's Restaurants (Maccas) are looking for great people! We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and qualified Hospitality, Retail & Services Managers to join their team in Griffith NSW. This role will suit a highly motivated, operations focused applicants who have completed LTS as minimum qualifications and have the skills to motivate a team and whilst being a professional employee but also having great fun along the way!

Work directly with the licensee and get in control of your own future.

Duties and Responsibilities
n
n
Shift Management including training
n
Set goals and action plans for the Restaurant within Shift Supervisor / Manager Responsibilities.
n
Ensuring outstanding customer service and operations are a focus each day you work.
n
Implementation and follow up of Food Safety procedures.
n
Oversee and manage staff, with selected Department responsibilities
n
Ability to achieve financial budgets.
n
Maintain WH&S; standards and cleanliness within the restaurant
n




Ensure security is strictly always adhered to.
n

Skills & Experience
n

Ability to demonstrate McDonald's KPI historical results / performance
n
The ability to train and develop team members
n
Proven staff management and leadership skills
n
A hands-on approach
n
Impeccable presentation and clear, concise communication
n
A focus on policies and procedures
n
A passion for delivering high standards of customer service
n
Attention to detail
n
Certificate III in Hospitality or relevant experience
n
