Are you an experienced Salesforce Developer looking to work on a large-scale digital transformation program?
n
We're seeking a Salesforce Developer to join a major NSW Government organisation and play a key role in delivering a next-generation Contact Centre Transformation Program. You'll be responsible for designing, developing and supporting Salesforce solutions that improve customer experience, integrate enterprise platforms and enable smarter service delivery.
n
About the Role
n
You'll work closely with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Project Managers and business stakeholders to design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that support a unified customer experience across multiple business areas.
n
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a high-profile transformation involving Salesforce, enterprise integrations, contact centre technologies and up-to-date DevOps practices.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Design, develop, test and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows and Salesforce best practices.
n
Build scalable, secure and maintainable Salesforce applications.
n
Develop integrations between Salesforce and enterprise platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
n
Support the implementation and integration of Contact Centre platforms such as Genesys, NICE or Amazon Connect.
n
Develop dashboards,



reports and analytics to support operational performance and executive reporting.
n
Implement Salesforce security, sharing models and governance controls.
n
Participate in technical design, code reviews and CI/CD deployment processes.
n
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
n

About You
n
You'll bring:
n
n
Strong hands-on Salesforce development experience.
n
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL and Salesforce development best practices.
n
Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
n
Experience with Omnistudio and OmniScripts.
n
Experience integrating Contact Centre platforms such as Genesys, NICE or Amazon Connect with Salesforce.
n
Experience using Azure DevOps, Git, Copado or similar CI/CD tools.
n
Strong understanding of Salesforce security, data modelling and governance.
n
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certification (highly regarded).
n
