The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior Building Manager to join our team at a brand-new residential development in Macquarie Park comprising approximately 300 lots.
n
This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Building Management. We are open to applicants from a range of backgrounds including:

Property Management and Strata and Real Estate

Concierge and Facilities Management

Trade and Service Industries

Working alongside and being mentored by an experienced Senior Building Manager, you will receive hands‐on training and support while developing the skills required to manage a premium residential community.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Assist with the day-to-day operation of the building
n
Build positive relationships with residents, owners and committee members
n
Coordinate contractors and service providers
n
Assist with maintenance requests and follow up outstanding works
n
Conduct common property inspections
n
Assist with preventative maintenance programs
n
Monitor building presentation and identify maintenance issues
n
Help prepare reports and communications for stakeholders
n
Support compliance with WHS policies and procedures
n
Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
n
n
About You
n
You may already be working in property management, facilities, hospitality, customer service or a service-based industry and be looking for your next challenge.
n
You will have:
n
n
Strong customer service skills
n
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
n
Good administration and organisational skills
n
A proactive and positive attitude
n
Confidence dealing with a wide range of people
n
The ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
n
A willingness to learn and develop a career in Building Management
n
n
Previous Building Management experience is not essential, although it will be highly regarded.
