Job Description
DXC Technology is seeking a Worker's Compensation Team Leader on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Australia. You will lead a dedicated claims team, manage day-to-day operations, coach staff, and ensure compliance while delivering excellent customer service to injured workers and employers.

You'll oversee self-insured claims for the Woolworths account, provide technical guidance, and ensure timely, compliant claim decisions within evolving legislation and policies.
