The Role
This is a genuine mixedProperty & Commercial Lawrole, offering exposure to quality, interesting and complex matters.
Residential and commercial property sales and acquisitions;
Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts for sale;
Commercial leasing matters;
Property transactions and settlements; and
Providing practical advice to individuals, investors, developers and business clients.
Business sales and acquisitions;
Complex transactions involving multi-entity businesses and structures;
Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements;
Shareholder, partnership and other business agreements;
Corporate and commercial advisory work; and




Providing ongoing commercial advice to established business clients.
You will havestrong secretarial support, allowing you to focus on your legal work, client relationships and continued professional development.
About You
A minimum of2 years PAEin property and/or commercial law;
A genuine interest in property and commercial law;
Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
A qualified, practical and client-focused approach; and
The ability to work collaboratively.
