An exceptional prospect has arisen for an experienced debt and treasury professional to join a leading real estate investment business with a growing portfolio.

Reporting directly to a highly regarded CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the group's capital strategy, leading debt origination and execution, refinancing initiatives and corporate finance activities that support continued growth across a diverse property portfolio.

Working closely with the acquisitions and investment teams, you will optimise the capital stack, enhance equity efficiency, and develop innovative financing solutions that maximise investment returns and support strategic acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

Lead debt origination, financing and refinancing transactions across the portfolio.
n
Develop and execute debt and capital management strategies.
n
Structure financing solutions that optimise the capital stack and improve investment returns.
n
Partner with acquisitions and investment teams to support transactions and new opportunities.
n
Build and manage relationships with domestic and international lenders and capital partners.




n
Evaluate funding alternatives, market conditions and financing opportunities.
n
Support corporate finance initiatives and strategic capital allocation decisions.
n
Deliver insights that enhance asset valuations and long-term portfolio performance.
n

About You
n
You will be a commercially minded debt and treasury professional with experience executing complex financing transactions within real estate, infrastructure, private capital or a related investment environment.
n
You will ideally possess:
n
n
Strong experience in debt origination, execution and refinancing.
n
Deep understanding of corporate finance, capital structuring and debt markets.
n
The ability to analyse and optimise capital structures to maximise IRRs and equity returns.
n
Outstanding stakeholder management skills and experience partnering with investment professionals and executive leadership.
n
A strategic mindset with the ability to solve complex financing challenges.
