Operating from our state‐of‐the‐art facility in Eagle Farm, we are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Powdercoat Process Worker to join our team.

The Role
n
n
Assist with production tasks within the powder coating process under supervision
n
Work across designated areas including loading/unloading, casing, or carousel operations
n
Follow instructions from the Lead Operator while maintaining strict safety standards
n
Undertake ongoing training across multiple areas to develop a broad skill set
n
Maintain consistent productivity to meet plant KPIs and production targets
n
Perform duties requiring prolonged standing and physical activity
n
n
About You




n
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
n
n
Good physical fitness, with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual handling tasks
n
Strong communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions and contribute to a safe work environment
n
Effective organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks
n
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
n
Previous powder coating experience (advantageous, though not essential)
n
