You will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our members and guests across our bar, gaming, café, and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities
n
Opening and closing bar areas
n
Preparing and serving beverages to a high standard
n
Accurately processing transactions and handling cash
n
Adhering to RSA and RSG requirements
n
Conducting gaming operations
n
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of work areas
n
Providing table service and general waiting duties
n
Supporting safe work practices and wastage control
n
Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
n
About You
n
You are passionate about hospitality and genuinely enjoy building relationships with customers. You take pride in your presentation, communication skills, and ability to contribute positively to a team environment.
n
You bring:
n
A minimum of 1 year's hospitality experience
n




A strong work ethic and ability to adapt in a team setting
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Confidence with till operations and cash handling
n
Previous waiting experience
n
A qualified, well-groomed presentation
n
The ability to work independently when required
n
TAB experience
n
Essential Qualifications
n
Current RSA and RSG Statements of Attainment
n
Current Food Handlers Certificate
n
Eligibility to obtain a National Police Certificate if required.
n
Availability
n
This is a casual position with weekly rostering. Flexibility is essential, as shifts include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
