Job Description
Hyatt Centric Melbourne is seeking a guest-focused Front Office skilled to join our vibrant CBD hotel. You will be the face of check-in and check-out, handle guest queries and coordinate services.

You will manage reservations in our PMS, process payments, and upsell hotel services while maintaining flawless public and back-of-house areas.

A 24/7 roster, RSA certificate and a passion for hospitality are required, with opportunities to share Melbourne insights with guests.
