Yandina Smiles is currently looking for an experienced/Senior Dental Assistant to join our team on a Casual or Part -Time basis 3-4 days a week including the occasional Saturday. This is an exciting chance to be part of a energetic and growing dental practice that offer a wide variety of treatments from general check ups to Implants. You will play a crucial role in supporting our dentists and ensuring our patients receive the highest quality of care.
What you'll be doing
Assisting dentists during examinations and procedures
Preparing and sterilising dental instruments and equipment
Maintaining accurate patient records and updating patient files
Greeting patients and ensuring a positive clinical experience
Providing chairside support and patient education
Ensuring the dental surgery is clean, organised and well-stocked
Undertaking other administrative and clerical duties as required
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Dental Assistant or similar role in a dental practice
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently
Good computer skills and familiarity with Exact dental software
A commitment to providing exceptional patient care
A passion for working in the dental industry and contributing to the overall success of the practice
