About the Role
As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and delivering scalable Salesforce solutions. You'll work within a close-knit team on multi-year transformation programs for our government clients, partnering closely with them to operate as a unified delivery team focused on achieving meaningful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Visualforce




Build and optimise Lightning Web Components (LWC) for scalable UI solutions
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools
Collaborate with functional consultants and business analysts to translate requirements into technical designs
Lead code reviews and ensure best practices in clean, scalable, and secure code
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments
Support CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and release management
Contribute to architecture discussions and technical decision‐makingMentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
What We're Looking For
5+ years of Salesforce development experience
Strong hands‐on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and integrations
Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, security, and Omni
Experience working with Salesforce Industry Clouds – Public Sector Solutions & Education Cloud
Familiarity with DevOps tools (e.g. Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)
Experience with API integrations and middleware platforms (e.g. MuleSoft)
Strong problem‐solving skills and ability to work in fast‐paced environments
Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement
