Performance Marketing Expert – Part-Time

ParagonIT is seeking an experienced Performance Marketing Expert to manage and improve our digital marketing campaigns on a part-time basis.
n
This role is ideal for a results-driven marketing professional who can plan, execute, analyse, and optimise campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable business growth.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Plan and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
n
Develop lead-generation campaigns for ParagonIT's managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, automation, and AI services.
n
Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research.
n
Create and test campaign messaging, advertisements, landing pages, and calls to action.
n
Monitor campaign performance, conversion rates, cost per lead, and return on advertising spend.
n
Optimise campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
n
Implement and maintain conversion tracking through Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and advertising platforms.
n
Provide a clear monthly performance report with results and recommendations.
n




Work with management to develop practical marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
n

About You
n
n
Demonstrated experience managing successful B2B performance marketing campaigns.
n
Strong knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager.
n
Experience generating leads for technology, professional services, SaaS, or B2B organisations.
n
Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on campaign data.
n
Experience with landing-page optimisation and conversion-rate optimisation.
n
Excellent written communication and advertising copywriting skills.
n
Able to work independently and take ownership of campaign performance.
