Key responsibilities:

Improve the stability, performance and resilience of critical platforms
n
Work with engineering teams to enhance system reliability and customer experience
n
Build automation solutions
n
Identify potential issues before they impact customer experience
n
Support incident management activities and troubleshoot production issues
n




Champion best practices across monitoring, observability and platform operations
n
n
What you'll bring;
n
n
Previous experience working in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps or Platform Engineering
n
Robust understanding of AWS & GCP
n
Experience automating operational processes and improving platform efficiency
n
Ability to diagnose and resolve challenges in production environments
n
Experience with Dynatrace or similar observability tools
n
