Stone Real Estate is seeking an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Property Management Associate to join our growing Property Management team based at our Castle Hill office.

About the Role
n
As a Property Management Associate, you'll work closely with our Property Managers, providing support across all aspects of residential property management while delivering exceptional service to our landlords and tenants.
n
No two days are the same. You'll gain hands‐on experience across leasing, inspections, administration, maintenance coordination and client communication while building the skills needed to progress your career.
n
Your day may include:
n
n
Conducting Open Homes and property inspections
n
Preparing ingoing, outgoing and routine inspection reports
n
Assisting with lease preparation and tenancy documentation
n
Coordinating maintenance requests and repairs
n
Liaising with landlords, tenants and tradespeople
n
Responding to enquiries promptly and professionally
n
Supporting Property Managers with daily portfolio management
n
Ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation and company procedures
n




Maintaining accurate records within PropertyMe and associated systems
n
n
About You
n
You'll be someone who enjoys working with people, is highly organised and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
n
Ideally you'll have:
n
n
A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
n
Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
n
Strong organisational and time management abilities
n
High attention to detail
n
A positive attitude and willingness to learn
n
Experience with PropertyMe (or similar property management software) is highly regarded
n
Previous real estate experience is advantageous but not essential
n
