About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join a supportive residential aged care team just two hours from Melbourne. This is a fantastic chance for an RN who is passionate about delivering high‐quality clinical care, building strong relationships with residents and families, and working within a values‐driven aged care environment.

About the Role

Reporting to the Care Manager, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and ensuring residents receive safe, personalised, and compassionate care.
n
Key responsibilities include:
n

Providing high‐quality nursing care in line with resident needs and best practice standards
n
Supporting clinical assessments, care planning, and documentation
n
Working collaboratively with care teams, residents, and families
n
Contributing to continuous improvement and positive clinical outcomes
n
Supporting a strong culture of teamwork and resident‐centred care
n

To be successful in this role, you will have:
n
n
Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
n
Minimum 1-2 years' experience working in Australian residential aged care
n
Strong knowledge of the Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical governance requirements
n
Excellent communication and relationship‐building skills
n
A genuine passion for supporting older Australians
n
The ability to work across a rotating roster including AM, PM and Night Duty shifts
n
Full working rights in Australia (essential)
n
