de: Deal Execution & Structuring: Advising on the establishment, structuring and ongoing management of investment funds across multiple asset clas
n
ses.Documentation: Reviewing and negotiating complex commercial agreements, including limited partnership agreements (LPAs), unit trusts, constitutions, Information Memoranda (IMs), Product Disclosure Statements (PDSs), subscription agreements and shareholders' agreeme
n
nts.Corporate MA: Supporting corporate M&A; transactions and investme
n
nts.Product Development: Assisting with the structuring and delivery of investment products to global wholesale invest
n
ors.Regulatory Compliance:



Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements across different jurisdictions, with a particular focus on alternative investment fu
n
nds.Governance: Providing guidance on governance frameworks and managing investor relations from a legal perspect
n
n
ive.
n The Ideal Cand

idate 3 + years' PQE gained in a leading law firm or a sophisticated financial
services/investment
management enviro
n
nment.Strong experience advising on investment funds, managed funds or private equity transac
n
tions.Exposure to offshore fund regimes and cross-border fundraising activity will be highly reg

arded.Retail fund experience will place you at a distinct adva

ntage.A commercially pragmatic mindset, with the ability to work closely with business teams in a rapid-paced enviro
