are looking for a motivated
Senior Warehouse Team Member / Warehouse Supervisor
to join the team. This role involves hands-on work, collaboration with warehouse & office team and maintaining a well-organised and safe working environment. We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic, passion for the industry and ability to thrive in a dynamic setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervising day-to-day warehouse operations and supporting team performance
Packing products ready for customer pickups and deliveries
Loading and unloading Arnel Fencing delivery truck & customer vehicles
Maintaining stock records and stock movements via scanners and load sheets
Supporting team training, workflow planning and task allocation
General housekeeping and stocktaking duties, basic warehouse computer operation
Maintaining a safe workplace and following critical safety rules




ABOUT YOU
Essential
- Forklift licence & experience
Previous experience in warehouse leadership or supervisory role
Strength & fitness to undertake a frequent movement and lifting role
Sound awareness of safety standard and alertness of moving parts and people
Ability to lead by example with enthusiasm, energy and pace
A strong commitment to WHS policies & procedures
