The award-winning Little Sparrow is now taking applications for its current store opening @ Westfield Carousel.

We are in search of a current team ranging from- Manager - Supervisors & Barista / Allrounders that have the ability to provide high end customer service.

The Role:

Barista / All Rounder,

Your duties will include
Serving various Specialty Coffee and Hot Drinks
Serving customers and using the POS system
Engaging with your team and customers alike
Latte Art essential

Manger & Supervisor:
Must have previously Managed or Supervised previously
Experience in delegation
Experience in Operations
Experience - Rostering
Experience in interviewing

Skills & Experience:
People's person with a positive, can-do attitude




Ability to think on your feet and work under pressure
Confident communicator with the ability to engage with customers
Latte Art preferred but not essential
Previous experience in café or restaurant (2 Years)

We have numerous vacancies ranging from Full Time, Part Time & Casual . We operate between shopping center hours Monday to Sunday - you must be available for a rotating roster which will include weekends.
