Olympus Restaurant seeks a passionate Sommelier to tell the story of our wine program.
You'll guide guests through a curated list, offer pairing advice, and contribute to list updates and cellar management with the Head Sommelier.
You'll train the team to build wine confidence on the floor, bring warmth to service, and lead conversations that elevate the dining experience.
A love for Mediterranean wines and a team-oriented mindset are essential.
