The Role

Reporting to the Coordinator Healthy Ageing, you will:

Lead a team delivering age-friendly programs and services
n
Drive initiatives aligned to the WHO Age-Friendly Cities Framework
n
Build key partnerships across council, community and aged care providers
n
Oversee projects, grants, reporting and continuous improvement
n
Advocate for community needs and represent Council in the sector
n
This is a locum assignment for approximatly 6 weeks with the potential to extend
n
n
About You
n
Proven people leadership experience
n
Experience in community development and project delivery
n
Background in aged care, community health or social services
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership skills
n
Relevant tertiary qualification
n
