The Opportunity
n
We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor / Foreman to join our team on a 2 weeks on, 1 week off roster. This role will oversee road construction projects across regional Queensland, ensuring compliance with DTMR and local council specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Supervise and coordinate daily site operations for DTMR and council roadworks projects
n
Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards
n
Manage subcontractors, plant, and materials to achieve project milestones
n




Conduct site inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments
n
Liaise with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to maintain project progress
n
Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries and QA documentation
n
Operate and delivery of plant and equipment as required
n
n
Skills & Experience:
n
n
Proven experience supervising DTMR and council roadworks projects
n
Strong understanding of MRTS specifications, traffic management, and road construction methodologies
n
Ability to manage teams, coordinate works, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
n
Experience with stabilisation, drainage, pavement construction, and bitumen sealing is highly desirable
n
Strong commitment to workplace health & safety and environmental compliance
n
Current White Card, Driver License (MC preferred), and relevant tickets
n
Multi Skilled Operator with appropriate tickets and skills.
