Sika Australia in Western Australia seeks a seasoned Operations Lead to direct Production and Warehouse teams.
You will develop schedules, monitor KPIs, ensure HSE and environmental standards, and drive cost-productive operations.
Responsibilities include coordinating plant maintenance, safety, risk assessments, and process improvements while maintaining comprehensive records and supporting QC laboratory compliance.
This role reports to the Operations Manager.
