Job Description
We are seeking ahandsonSenior Inventory & Logistics Lead to take endtoend ownership of inventory control,domesticlogisticsoperations,third-party coldstorecoordinationandcustomer delivery execution.
Reporting to the General Manager – Supply Chain APAC, this standalone role is critical to ensuring inventory accuracy,servicereliabilityandfreight performance across our domestic supply chain.You'llwork closely with Planning, Production, Sales Support,transportprovidersandcold storage partners to deliver seamless operations and continuous improvement.
As both a strategic thinker and operational executor,you'llplay a key role in supporting business growth and supply chain excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Own inventory accuracy, reconciliations, stocktakes, variance investigations and reporting across thirdparty cold stores.
Coordinate domestic freight planning, dispatch schedules, carrierbookingsand delivery execution.
Manage operational relationships with cold store and freight providers to ensure service excellence.
Monitor supply chain performance, develop KPI reportingandidentifyimprovementopportunities.
Lead issue resolution, stakeholder communication and process improvements across inventoryandlogisticsfunctions.

You are an experienced inventoryandlogisticsprofessionalwho thrives in a fast-paced operational environment.
Highly organised and commercially minded, you bring strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You enjoy working across multiple stakeholders,influencingoutcomesanddriving accountability.
Equally comfortable in the detail and the bigger picture, you take ownership and pride in delivering operational excellence.
You Will Bring




Demonstrated experience in inventory,warehousing,logisticsorsupply chain operations, ideally within FMCG, foodproduction,manufacturingorcold chain environments.
Solid inventory controlexpertise, including stock reconciliation, stocktakes, cycle counts and variance management.
Experience managing stock accuracy through third-party warehousing or cold store providers.
Advanced Excel and reporting capability, with robust attention to detail and data discipline.
Understanding of domestic freight coordination,dispatchoperationsandinventory movement processes.
