About the Role
n
n
Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality educational programs.
n
Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the centre.
n
Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Regulations, and company policies.




n
Build and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
n
Coach, mentor, and support the professional development of your team.
n
Drive occupancy, centre performance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
Foster a positive, cooperative, and inclusive workplace culture.
n
n
What We're Looking For
n
n
A Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent).
n
Previous experience as a Centre Manager, or strong experience as an Assistant Centre Manager ready to step into a leadership role.
n
Proven leadership and people management skills.
n
Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
n
Experience managing compliance, occupancy, team performance, and family relationships.
n
Current Working with Children Check, First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications.
n
Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
