JORDAN RIDGE ENTERPRISES is seeking an experienced and motivated Concrete Plant
Batcher/Supervisor/Agitator
Truck Driver to join our team at our new concrete plant in Sunbury. The primary focus will involve batching and allocating concrete in accordance with quality standards and customer requirements, customer relations and general yard duties.

Training provided - applicants who have a genuine desire to learn and possess the ability should apply.

The key responsibilities:
n
n
Meet customer requirements by ensuring quality product delivered
n
Allocation of trucks ensuring timely concrete deliveries
n
Undertake batch plant administration including stock control of raw materials
n
General yard and plant housekeeping and maintenance
n
Follow company systems including working safely
n
Supervision and management of staff
n
Loading,



slumping and delivering concrete in Agitator Truck
n
n
The key skills, experience and attributes:
n
n
Knowledge or experience in computerised batching system is desirable but not essential - training provided
n
An ability to multi task and at times work under pressure
n
Current HR driver's licence is desirable
n
Possess excellent time management and organisational skills
n
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
n
A proven ability to work within a team environment
n
Australian work rights are required for this position
n
n
The nature of our work requires you to work as part of a team and you will need to be adaptable with how your hours are worked Monday to Saturday as there will be varying start and finish times.
