St Vincent's Care Services in Eltham, VIC, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a permanent Part Time position to join the Community Care team. You will deliver hands-on nursing services for Support at Home clients and support care across a multidisciplinary team.

You will hold current AHPRA registration, be experienced in aged care, with CPR/First Aid, a valid Victorian driver's licence, and knowledge of PRODA/MAC PORTAL. The role is based at our Eltham Aged Care Facility - Community Department.
