Principal Structural Engineer: $200K+

An established consultancy is seeking a senior Structural Engineer to step into a genuine Principal role, with full authority across technical leadership, people management, and delivery performance.

This position is intended for someone who already operates at Principal level - setting direction, making decisions, and carrying accountability for both the work and the team behind it.

The Role
Overall technical stewardship of the structural discipline
Leadership of the business function, not just projects
Accountability for project outcomes, delivery standards,



and skilled systems
Direct leadership of engineers and technical processes
