Sanctus Brewing Co. is looking for a passionate and reliable chef to join our kitchen team at our brewery in Townsend.

We are a busy, community focused venue serving fresh, quality food alongside our locally brewed beers. We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a quick paced kitchen, takes pride in their food and brings a positive attitude to the team.

Availability:
Wednesday food preparation shift
Thursday to Saturday service from 12 pm to 9 pm
Sunday service from 12 pm to 3 pm
Part time and full time opportunities are available

The role includes:
Preparing and cooking meals to a consistently high standard
Working across our woodfired pizzas, burgers, share plates and seasonal specials
Assisting with menu development and bringing fresh ideas to the kitchen




Maintaining food safety, cleanliness and kitchen organisation
Managing preparation, stock rotation and wastage
Working efficiently during busy services

Supporting and communicating with the wider kitchen and venue team

About You:
Previous experience working in a busy kitchen
Relevant cookery qualifications must be provided
Reliable, organised and able to work well under pressure
A positive team player with a genuine passion for food
Robust knowledge of food safety and kitchen procedures
Available to work a versatile roster, including weekends
