As a Disability Support Worker, you will provide assistance and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them to live fulfilling and independent lives. Responsibilities Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration Develop and implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs Support individuals in participating in social and recreational activities Monitor and document individual progress and behavior Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families,
